Hair Brush

Big day today! We dropped Spence off at daycare and then drove to Traralgon to the house we have put an offer in on to do a building inspection with our builder, Jim. He went through and looked at everything while Kaz and I measured up everything so we can update our costing worksheet.

Jim went and crawled under the house and found evidence of borers in one of the joists, some mud tracks made by some insect on the ground and also a few of the wooden stumps were a bit rotten. We are getting a re-blocking guy to have a look at the stumps tomorrow to see if they all need to be replaced or just a few. If it is all of them it might be too costly for us to continue with the purchase of the house. We will find out tomorrow night!

I went out into the garden to find today's blip. This is one of the trees lining the driveway. I though the flower looked a bit like a hair brush!
