Luchia Gives Mom Leg Massage

Luchia is our goodnatured respite caregiver, shown here giving Mom a leg massage using Weleda Arnica Montana massage oil.

We both think that this oil, especially, is good for increasing the circulation in her legs and feet, which makes her feel less cold. It does not irritate her skin and also makes the room smell fresh.
