Springy Saturday

For the first time in a couple of weeks I feel like I can breathe properly again, my brain no longer feels like a concrete marshmallow and I have got some energy back. Strolling round to the co-op to do the weekly shop with Rol I just loved the green, woody lightness of this fence and the single shadow.

It's been a nice, domestic kind of day: food (and beer) bought, dust moved around the house and free tickets to see a film tomorrow morning. I have such a lot to be thankful for.
