Took this 'arse end of an ass shot' as I hurried off to the shops to buy last minute necessities (red bull to stimulate the evening!) for the weekend ahead.

I'm not convinced that feeling ill all week and having two rather excessive evenings out has helped my training regime....oh well! It'll learn me!
