Whitlingham

I wasn't up to a walk around Whitlingham Broad this morning however beautiful a spring day. I forgave myself of course as rather pleased I did manage that half marathon yesterday. The medal is dated 2010. And that's because the Norwich Half was postponed last November thanks to snow and ice. It's only the second time I've done a 13 mile run. The first two hours went pretty smoothly but the moment one of the marshals told me there was only a mile and a half to go my legs seemed to stop!
That said I was really pleased with my time - 2:31:59 - and after a quiet couple of weeks I'll get running again.
