New boots

Back home. Sadly a vulpine snatch squad has reduced the poultry population.

However I remain pleased with my new boots, bought in Oxford after my son spotted them in an ethical clothing shop. Not cheap but reduced by a third so reason for satisfaction there.

Ian Dury's 1977 album New Boots and Panties was named after the only two items he would not buy second-hand. I'd concur with that.
