Beach Food - Tamales

Each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, this young woman comes by our little enclave on the La Ropa to sell tacos and tamales. She hauls three containers full of yummy food down the hot beach (shown arrayed around here) and dishes up whatever we need on the spot. My wife normally purchases a tamale or two, I am hooked on the papas (potato) tacos. She puts on some lettuce, cheese, and spoons on a little picante sauce and I am good to go. It is a good thing she only comes by three days a week otherwise we would be gaining weight instead of maintaining our new svelte selves.
