Concentration

We are having a small dinner party with friends and are in charge of desert for the group. A quick afternoon trip to my favorite bakery downtown was all it took to make sure we had a delicious ending to our lasagna dinner. While there, I was amazed by the skill of the cake decorator. He iced and frosted a cake every couple of minutes. This photo doesn't show his speed, but rather the concentration he puts into each part of his task. He didn't notice me shooting away as he completed yet another cake for the display case in record time.
