Sweet smelling

Verbena? I have spent today painting the bedroom in my mother in laws bungalow. There is usually a lovely view across to Baildon Moor, but today was again bleak, wet and foggy so my view was of this shrub. I went for a closer look and the smell was sensational. The picture doesn't quite live up to it but it is my blip for today as options were limited.
