My early retirement (some years ago now) has given me a much greater opportunity to walk 2-3 times a week in our little corner of Pennine Yorkshire. Often it is early morning, with a lovely group of ladies,  around our local villages, occasionally further afield.  This has given me more scope for photography which I have always enjoyed. I love observing nature and the seasons and Blip has enhanced this enjoyment as I look at things through new eyes.
I enjoy travel of all kinds be it in the UK or beyond and at home reading, sewing, knitting and singing ( in church, Community Choir and, in the past, am drams ) occupy much of my time.
I now have a two granddaughter’s born in Bristol ( one born Sept ‘17 and one Sept ‘20) so I spend a good deal of my time visiting the city which I enjoy and have grown to love over the years my daughter has lived there. They moved to Bath in April 2021 a place which I know a little so nice to find new areas to explore.
Photographing my granddaughters successfully has become a new challenge!
