Tan Tan Ramen

I felt the need to reassure myself, so I thought having dinner at my local ramen shop, Dosanko, would do the trick. I usually go there about once a week and kick back with workmates over a Shiyoyu Ramen, or a Miso Ramen. I decided to go deluxe today and have a spicy ramen. It has a deep and thick-ish sauce with a tonne of chilly. You can probably see it in the oil glistening at the top of the soup. The ramen is bouncy and supple, I love it. I was so hungry that I almost shovelled it down and by the end of the operation, I was sweating like a pig. It was just what the doctor ordered. I felt like I sweated out the anxiety. Good times.
