Pests!

Something has been eating my tulips! I'm pretty sure there'll be no flowers this year because the buds seemed to have been consumed by something. Oddly enough, this invisible pest is either confined to a very small area or only likes black tulips from Amsterdam. I have plenty of other tulips in the garden and they're all coming all fine and dandy.
