Mango Salsa

Mangoes are now ripe and abundant in the market. They are still not the cheapest fruit, but they are not too expensive either, about 50-75 cents (US) each. One of the girls in the dorm taught me how to make mango salsa. It was delicious. We didn't have chips to eat it with, so we just ate it by the spoonful like fruit salad. :) It was delicious!

Here's the recipe we used:

Mango Salsa
3 ripe mangoes
3 green onions
2 limes
1 sweet bell pepper
3-5 hot Thai chilies
3 tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro
salt

Dice the mangoes, bell pepper and tomatoes. Finely the chop green onions, cilantro and hot chilies. Mix together. Squeeze the lime juice over it all and sprinkle with a few pinches of salt.
