Today I ventured into dangerous territory... the top of the fridge.

It wasn't as scary as I first thought.
These packets of cereal are all unopened so it looks like breakfast will definitely be on the agenda in the near future.

I've got a bad habit of 'forgetting' to have breakfast. It's a habit I should get back into - especially as I intend to do more walking and exercising.

I think it will be the crunchy nut cereal tomorrow!
