Comb of Golden

A few years ago my mum bought me this intensely shiny and gorgeous comb of golden. Forever to be fawned over and treasured. I really am a sucker for a shiny trinket. I may in fact be half magpie.

Enjoyed playing around with the aperture - think it's turned out quite nicely. I did get a tad frustrated though - a new camera does take some of the simplicity away - it's more about the technical side and mastering that than noticing the small special things along the way. I'm aiming to combine both... One day maybe.

The more I look at yesterday's entry the less pleased I am with it. Bit pants really. Have a wee look in at Appreciation and see how she's getting on with my point and shoot...
