What is that in that tree?

Thanks to Orchid, this is my blip today. I had no idea what I was going to blip until I read her comment on my blip for yesterday. Actually I had been thinking of doing this blip but had never done it yet.

Several trees along the street where I work and some around where I live have this green parasite growing in them. For those of you that don't know what it is, it's mistletoe! I think everyone surely knows what mistletoe is, but I've found out recently that quite a number of people don't know that it grows in trees. So now the mystery is solved.
