Today began with an enjoyable family visit to see good friends. Spending time with folk that we know so well is truly life-giving and energizing. In stark contrast, we spent the afternoon in a busy shopping centre. For some reason, these places always lead me to think quite morbidly. So full of people, yet so empty.
