More magnolia

Apologies for more magnolia but it really has bloomed in the last few days and I couldn't resist. It also leads me to wonder why such a beautiful tree lends its name to the most boring paint colour ever.

Good run at lunch time. My friend Lynda is trying to get faster for a 10k and half marathon so I pushed her round the 4 mile route at a 7:30 pace which would easily give her a super fast PB. Felt bad as I was cruising and she was wheezing, but she really appreciated it. Timed miles again on Friday for speed work.
