The Ouzel

The renaming ceremony was done with full reverence; after the denaming ceremony of course. And a libation was to hand to share with the crew of the Hyskeir. So, here it is: the Ouzel rises again. The original Ouzel was commandeered during WW2 and at the end of the war my great-grandad received a letter informing him he could come and collect it at Southampton. I guess that was a bit far for the old chap and it never returned to Port Macadam. Maybe this Ouzel will get down there one day.
