Reflective

Woohoo, made it.

A four hour drive over some of the bendiest, most pot-holiest roads in a newly rebuilt car stuffed to the gunnels with suitcases, food, booze and half an Apple store's worth of kit did fill us with a tiny bit of apprehension, but it all passed without a hitch.

Our Heather only really agreed to come along with us on this trip on the proviso she's be studying and not heading out with us on all our various trips around the area. And she did start well; there's plenty of paperwork and notes already scattered over her end of the cottage, but she's already decided, as it's Saturday and there's some Bacardi Breezers cooling in the fridge, that studying's punted in favour of more social activities.

Us too. Log fire's fired up, Red wine's on the go, projector's set up and an evening of mindless action movie entertainment's about to kick off. Bring on Stallone and pass the popcorn.
