Rhododendron

Its the end of my 5 day birthday experience and we have spent it as a family in the company of 'Grandad', my father in law, in Arbroath and then lunch in Carnoustie. Grandma was there too but he gets first mention as it is his birthday today.

We drove up in sunshine this morning and so it continued through the whole day. We played with the dog in the garden, had ice creams, coffee and of course birthday cake before heading off to Carnoustie for a real good traditional pub grub lunch.

Lots of pictures taken in the garden but the pick of the bunch was chosen as the Rhododendron above.

Grandad loves his garden and tends to it every day so this is a nod in his direction, to say happy birthday and hope you keep doing it for plenty years to come.
