Piel Island

Beautiful sunny day, my M&D and Cyclops and I went to Piel Island for the afternoon. This is a tiny island near Barrow with just a pub and a ruined castle on it, accessible by boat. There was a bit of drama getting there as you can see on Cyclops's blip.

Later we had afternoon tea at The Lakeside Hotel which included eight kinds of cake. Yum.
