Will it survive?

I keep spotting evidence of an earlier civilisation lurking around town, I have to be honest and say I knew this one was there.
It used to be, sort of, "attached" to a Car sales establishment just across the road. The owner, sadly, died a touch prematurely and though it has continued it has also moved, since it looked like being in the tracks of the, now back, up, and running new "Town square(s)".
I'm wondering whether, in this day and age, it will survive or be weighted in as scrap.
