Another day of sporting action. Started off with the wee man heading to Coleraine for their rugby festival. Very successful morning, with wins over Ballymoney, Ballyclare and Letterkenny. The photo shows the wee man on his way to scoring a try against Letterkenny.

The rest of the day's pro sport was rather more disappointing. St Johnstone lost their cup semi-final and both Ulster and Glasgow lost their Magners League matches.

The good news, however, was that Ballymena 1st XV won their match against Terenure and have therefore secured promotion to Div 1B of the All Ireland League.
