Ghosts on the Staircase

Have been in Dublin all day today visiting my Dad in hospital. The news is that he is still poorly but still hanging in there. He is a little uncomfortable from time to time with pain and visits are restricted to 15 minutes at a time, so we had time to skip into the Irish Museum of Modern Art to see an exhibition of the work of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, which in the context of the history of modern art was very interesting but not really my cup of tea.
