The Triffid's Little Brother/Sister

I can't sex plants either. I really like ferns. I think this whole unravelling thing is so alien, so strange looking that I can imagine them growing on other planets.

Bit of a slow day today. Feeling a bit off and stupid - couldn't even be bothered watching cricket. We can maybe put that down to the heat - 33 C out on the terrace today.

Still I've got dinner cooking and things invariably look better with a full stomach, so I'm hoping for a good evening.
