Here Leads Here

When I first went to my college campus it wasn't during term, so I had the freedom to run about without having to bump into anyone in the hallways. I remember getting lost in a hallway very similar to this. You see off to one side of the building there is a large loop, and in that loop there are hallways -- much like this one -- which seem to run in circles for miles.

It was so embarrassing to run about for what seemed like hours, only to see that I had passed an exit five times over. Although I'm grateful this happened before I attended classes, so that I didn't have to face the humiliation of passing students in the hall who had seen me walk by before.
