Buns from the oven

Off to the in-laws for the Easter weekend, where we are sure to be spoiled with produce aplenty, including reared turkey, homemade ham, homegrown asparagus, etc etc. So as my mother in law Loves hot cross buns, and won't eat them on Good Friday as she likes them too much, this Saturday batch is my contribution for the weekend.
