The Shard @ London Bridge

The continuing story of the construction of The Shard.

Since the last image from this location, four weeks ago, work has continued on the external steelwork and glass cladding. There in an interesting comparison with picture taken yesterday evening from a viewpoint further to the west.

The advertisement on the railway bridge into the high level platforms at London Bridge station is another in the series from Yell.

Over the top of the bridge can be seen cranes associated with the new Thameslink viaduct. The section over Borough High Street is being launched between 30 April and 2 May 2011.
