The wheels on the bus....

here comes my bus to take me to Barking Town centre..

Well I'm back now having been to the Dentist to have a tooth extracted!! The Dentist said I was not to do any strenuous exercise etc etc etc today!! I didn't need too much convincing and got the bus home with a piece of wadding inserted in my mouth to try and stop the bleeding..

So no walks today - although my 'Walk with me' programme on my Nintendo DS did register that I had managed to do 32 minutes active walking - so I'm happy with that.

Now some paracetamols and sleep for an hour should do the trick as I'm out leading a service within a Residential Home later on..
