This is a picture from my TV of Professor John Curtice, leading psephologist, from BBC Newsnight Scotland The image of men (and it is usually men) debating politics is one that will dominate our screens for the next week.

I attended the Scottish Parliament Election Hustings in Peebles this evening. A much better than that of Spring 2010. I have 2 votes; not quite sure yet how to use them.
