Up & out earlyish this am. Pumped up tyres on my bike yesterday so rode through Greenwich Park on the way to the gym. This was the view from the Observatory with lovely clear blue skies :0)

Did pilates then swam a mile before biking back round the park & home.

Nice to then still have the day to mooch around at home & lovely to catch up with a dear friend in Oz on Skype.

And there's still a Bank Holiday tomorrow - hurrah!! :D
