First major rhubarb haul

I cut so much rhubarb from the allotment today it was almost too heavy to carry but it hardly looked like I touched the patch! Am now thinking rhubarb is related to the triffids...

Made a delicious speedy rhubarb fool for dessert tonight, now looking for lots of yummy rhubarb recipes & just ordered a jam pan so all systems go!
