Preparation H

H as in homework (or die Hausaufgaben if you want the German). I'd prepared my little piece of homework about Schottland and was quite prepared to stand up in front of the class and present it. Except we didn't do that. Quite disappointed - I was looking forward to explaining about Frittierte Marsriegel (the deep fried mars bar to those who are asking themselves "what?") to a sea of disbelieving faces*. Oh well. It was only a couple of hours work.

Today's Blip is one of the tomato flowers. I like the flower and the hairy stems against the sky with the little blobs of cloud.

Today's song comes from the rather fun film Main Hoon Na (translates as I'm Here Now). I really like this a lot. It's currently the most played song on my iPod.

*I promise I'm not going to present Scotland as a series of lazy cliches.
