Another lovely 4 day weekend... could get very used to them!

Topped a lovely weekend with Roast Beef dinner with a special something on the outside of it... contains whisky (hence it looks quite dark!) it was cooked to perfection and tasted fab!

Usually R does our roast lunches but today it was a bit of a team effort!
