Oooops!

Sorry. Tonight was going to be a classic food porn shot.

Poached halibut with seared scallops, roasted asparagus and a mushroom cream sauce served with a chilled Sancerre.

Unfortunately I couldn't wait and ate it before I took the shot and very nice it was too.

So it's just a clean plate -- which says it all really.

...and chocolate for afters.


The rest of the day? Nothing - except I made the dinner.
