All puffed up...

This tree swallow, the first I've blipped this spring, was all puffed up and ready for take off. The good thing about these swallows is that they often take off, circle around, and land again in the same place. If you miss them the first time around, you get another chance.

Happy Mothers' Day to all who celebrated today. We enjoyed a beautiful day here in Ohio, possibly the nicest day of this very reluctant spring. Yippee for spring and lots of sunshine. We've waited a long time for this day to arrive.
