Side Light

A conventional landscape shot with low evening light that throws some magnificent trees into relief. After weeks of drought, the heavy rain of the last few days has brought growth and vivid colours to everything; in this case, the grass. This is the last shot from Peebles for a little while as we are off to Andalucia tomorrow on holiday - a week in Seville then a week in the nearby Sierra Morena.
