Out and about.

Headed to the Candy Cane mountains with our visitor today. Sadly the weather was not great for photos - low cloud - but it was quite atmospheric as we drove further into the hills and found ourselves enveloped in mist. D slept most of the time, snug in his car seat.

Watched the Eurovision song contest late last night - Azerbaijan won. By the time the results came in it was 3:30am here, but there were still quite a few people celebrating by driving fast with lights flashing, horns blaring and flags flying from the windows. Azerbaijan - presumably Baku - will now host next year's contest, but we won't be here to see that.
