River Leaccain

Delighted to have hit the spotlight yesterday , thank you very much and also thanks for the hearts, what a lovely surprise when I opened up tonight!

Today was a lovely day ( not weatherwise- drizzly - sleekit rain , my brother calls it , gets in everwhere when you're not noticing it ) a real family day with our grandsons and daughter back over from Balfron , the boys were delighted and in the best of moods as their team won the league title today, our son wasn't quite so happy , his team came second. just as well they're all good friends and can cope with the ups and downs of football.

Any way we had fun wandering round the loch , up the river and into the forest where we didn't even feel the rain . It was fairly dark in there then the sunlight managed to find its way through the tree canopy and this had the makings of today's blip. Then , on the way back down the river Oscar and the boys became very excited by the sound of the river roaring over the rocks on the way to the Loch. off course I was excited by the peaty water churning and foaming as well , another blip opportunity. This is the one which eventually was uploaded.
Hope you all had a grand weekend.
Mary
