The wrong side of the tracks

This is near my apartment. While I live in a good family-oriented neighborhood, hoodlums still come out here and break into cars parked on this street. I think it's because the road by the tracks pictured here is usually unattended except for parked cars, so it's easy for a couple of kids to smash car windows and take whatever's in it and run before somebody could identify them.

One time, Nate saw a car without any tires! Somebody actually stole all four tires off a car, and guess where it was parked. Right here.
