A most unusual night was had by all last night - went out with my mums friends... To a gig! There's a first time for everything, even in the deepest darkest Limousin. And tonight some friends will be coming over for dinner, a curry night. I pleaded for A Coconut, which was successful. I had my doubts, as last year I pleaded for a butternut squash, and one could not be sourced for all the money in the world.

So, Coconut sambol, prawn curry, a dhal, chapattis, and of course - some figs stuffed with goats cheese, provided by The Lodger. The theme was slightly lost in translation.

During the planning stages of the meal, Danny kept me in company, in his basket.
