Summing up my holiday so far:

Reiki, cups of tea outdoors, baguettes, torrential rain, sun, sewing machines.

This is my favourite cushion so far, as I seem to have unintentionally incorporated the colours of the Union Jack. Or the French flag. My mum loves it, and I've been teasing her about it being my tribute to the Royal Wedding. I'm still all over it. Mum never will be.
Today I managed a 10k run round a lake and with lots of hills. In the afternoon we went swimming at a new local pool mum has discovered, all very nice. Just before we went in, I cracked the bumper, driving vigorously over the over sized kerb. Im absorbing French driving habits way too quickly for my liking.
