Fringed Tulip

I saw this tulip yesterday and since I already had my blip up and running, I went back today so I could show my blip buddies this interesting fringed tulip. I looked it up and that is, indeed, the name. Something different and unusual. And in all of the tulip blips I've happened to see, I don't believe I've seen one like this.

There is always something new under the sun. And today, we have lots of sun, and, look!, something new! Well, newish to me, anyway.
