Hazy Horses

I love peaceful summer evenings, the dragged out glowing light and the hazy calm that settles over everything. Today had such an evening, it was still light way past 9 and such beautiful sunshine.
I started today with an elongated breakfast at a cafe (not cooked unfortunately, but a very good pain au chocolat!) with Sarah and Dave, Alex and Courtney. We got chatting and stayed probably a little longer than anyone intended but it was fun.
After dinner being sick of revision i managed to find Jordan and Becca (people who are around and not busy or revising are rare at the moment!) We went for a wander over the river to see the horses, it seems a random place to have horses - in a park in the middle of Cardiff! Later i went to Beccy G's and hung out with her and her housemates and watched tv and ate the best prawn crackers i've probably ever had.
I'm fairly impressed really, at the amount of socialising i've managed to do and yet still do enough work to not feel terrible. How satisfying.
