Paths Of Glory

I like today's Blip but I'm a sucker for stuff like this. i like the rings in wood although I'm no Dendrochronologist - I like that you can tell what happened to a tree. It would be good to know how to do such things.

Another thing to be added to the Stuff I Would Like To Know list.

It has been a busy day. Applied for yet another job and was very pleased that they emailed back almost immediately for more information. Sometimes it doesn't take much to rekindle hope in me. Then I spent a few hours working at my German and forgetting that sometimes, the simplest answer is the correct one. Still it was practise and that's a good thing. I feel better for doing it and I understand more every time. I've just translated a couple of passages for Schule tonight and feel that I have got the gist of them. We shall see.
