Degassing

Lots and lots of striring of wine to try and get the Co2 out before the clearing agent is addded.

Spent the evening round at the Guvnors where Seoirse is staying prior to his big day tomorrow when he flies to Mexico to hopefully spend the rest of his life. We had an Indian from a place whose name escapes me but it was very nice, especially something called a Balti Keema Kofta (I think), very tasty meatballs in sauce.
