Crowned with gold

Dear Heart,
Mamma Mia says that in all things we must act with dignity and kindness, because our reward is being stored in heaven. You may not believe this; indeed, I often find the idea of heavenly treasure both unappealing and unlikely. But I am sure it exists. And I'm positive that when we are crowned as sons and daughters in heaven we will look a little like the tulips did this afternoon: crowned with sunshine and splendour; effortlessly, eternally beautiful.
