Duck eggs

A friend has been in hospital and she normally sells her hens eggs at work. With her incapacitated, I've been promoted to chief egg seller which basically means that I get to drive my wee car up a bumpy road, fight off maurauding fowl and then have my car smell of chicken poo for a week!!!

I've managed to sell all the hens eggs up until now which is good.

These are two duck eggs that I buy from her - they're delicious but I can't seen to pursuade the good folk at work to try them :O/
