Sight for sore eyes

This photo could have been much better but I was straining not to fall over a fence that others had half pushed down while themselves straining to get close to the flowers. It was a predicament.

Friend led us here after work to see a rare bit of meadow in the middle of the city. Then we lounged down by the river, which was very pleasant indeed.
